Cliffside Hotel 2005 Room Rates
The Cliffside Hotel is pleased to extend the following special guest room rates to you, valid from January 5, 2005 to December 31, 2005, for all markets based on the terms and conditions mentioned herein.

Remarks:
All rooms are subject to 10% government tax, which is subject to change without
notice.
All rooms are double occupancy, so a couple can stay in a single room.
Our single rooms have one queen bed, our twins and suites have two queen beds.
Two adults, or two adults and 2 kids are allowed to stay in a twin or suite room for
the net rate. A third or fourth adult (over 17 years old) pays $45 per person.

Meals:
The Turtle Cove Restaurant on the premises is open from 7AM to 10PM and offers a variety of breakfasts, lunch and dinner.

Terms of payment:
Credit card information is required to confirm a room booking. Cliffside Hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings or revert to prepayment should payments be late or no credit card information is supplied. All payments should be in US dollars, and bank charges incurred to be the responsibility of the operator.
